Use Module ID as unique name

Description

Internally we use some messy combination of module name and PID (IIRC) to identify modules uniquely. It looks like EW has an ID that we can use instead. See #82 - I didn't know this existed.

A quicker way to do this would be to display the "/.d" file name in some way (tooltip?).
